Open the app and tap the scan button on the home screen. Point your camera at the document and the app will automatically detect its edges. Review the crop, adjust if needed, and tap Save. Your scan is instantly available in your document library.
Cloud backup is a Premium feature. When enabled, your scanned documents are automatically uploaded to our encrypted servers after each scan. You can access and download them from any device by logging into your ScanAndSave account.
Go to Profile → Premium in the app and follow the subscription flow. Payment is handled securely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Premium activates instantly after a successful purchase.
On Android: open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ScanAndSave → Cancel.

On iOS: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → ScanAndSave → Cancel Subscription.

You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Yes! OCR (text extraction) runs entirely on-device using Google ML Kit. No internet connection is required for scanning or extracting text. You only need internet for cloud backup and account-related features.
ScanAndSave can export documents as PDF or JPEG. PDFs support multi-page documents and are ideal for sharing. JPEG works well for single-page scans where image quality is the priority.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a one-time code via email. Enter the code in the app to set a new password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all cloud-backed documents within 30 days. Alternatively, email privacy@scanandsave.com with a deletion request from your registered email address.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and we never access your documents for any purpose other than providing the backup service. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
First, try logging out and back in — this triggers a fresh subscription check. If that doesn't work, go to Profile → Premium → Restore Purchase. If the issue persists, email support@scanandsave.com with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
